Description

    Standard CMOS infrared receiver, used in carrier frequency modulation transmission. It mainly includes a self-gain amplifier, a post-stage amplifier, an oscillator, a demodulator, a band-pass filter, a signal waveform detection circuit, an automatic threshold control circuit, and a waveform shaping circuit.
